BiH AND TURKEY STRENGTHEN COOPERATION IN FIGHT AGAINST CROSS-BORDER CRIME

The session determined the Proposal of the Agreement on Security Cooperation between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, which intensifies the overall bilateral cooperation in the fight against all types of cross-border crime.
In this way, the two countries will, in accordance with domestic laws and international regulations, intensify cooperation in the fight against all forms of cross-border crime, especially terrorism, organized crime, migrant smuggling, trafficking in human beings, narcotics and psychotropic substances and their precursors. , and in the fight against cybercrime.
The competent authorities for the implementation of this agreement will be the Ministry of Security of BiH and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey.
The draft agreement with the Report on Negotiations will be submitted to the Presidency of BiH, and the Minister of Security has been proposed as the BiH signatory.
