The corona virus pandemic, the economic crisis, and numerous other instabilities and changes that marked economic trends had a huge impact on the operations of all economic entities, regardless of the industry sector and their size. Nevertheless, the resistance to external changes in the last two years has been most strongly tested on micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. With the beginning of the “new normal” era in the second half of 2021 and in 2022, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises had to quickly adapt to a new business approach, in order to preserve their business and build resistance to larger local and global changes over which they have no control. influence. However, these challenges in business require continuous development and improvement of staff competencies, in order to respond to new market demands in the shortest possible time.
The goal of the training is precisely to provide answers as to what are the key competencies of personnel that need to be developed and improved within micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in order to adequately respond to acute and future challenges in business.
The call for training is intended for all micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a special focus on companies from the metal and wood sector.
The motive behind the implementation of the Business Information Hub project is to turn difficult times for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) into a kind of opportunity, by transforming the current situation with alternative ways that will highlight the use of smart and online tools, thus enabling the continuation of business even in these challenging times.
