The decision covers 63 tariff labels in the sectors of textile, footwear, chemical, metal, food and graphic industries, as well as the electrical industry.
In order to exercise the right to import goods in application of the Decision, a certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina that the goods will be used in own production and a certificate from the Foreign Trade/Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina that the goods are not produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina or domestic goods are submitted with the customs declaration. production does not meet the needs of the economy and the market.
