Based on Article IV.B.7. a)(IV) of the Constitution of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I adopt

DECREE

ON THE PROCLAMATION OF THE LAW AMENDING THE LAW ON CONTRIBUTIONS

The Law on Amendments to the Law on Contributions, which was adopted by the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the session of the House of Representatives on January 26, 2023, is promulgated. year and at the session of the House of Peoples on January 27, 2023. years.

THE LAW

ON THE AMENDMENT OF THE LAW ON CONTRIBUTIONS

Article 1.

In the Law on Contributions (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, no. 35/98, 54/00, 16/01, 37/01, 01/02, 17/06, 14/08, 91/15, 104/16, 34/18, 99/19 and 04/21) in Article 6, item 10 is amended to read:

“10. lexceptionally, for workers who are paid a monthly salary in the amount of up to 85% of the average monthly net salary, in coal mines, textile, leather and footwear industries and low-accumulation activities of traditional, old, trades established by a special regulation, the monthly base for calculating the contribution is the product of the amount of the average salaries from Article 6a. paragraph 2 and coefficient 0.30.”

Article 2.

This law enters into force on the day following its publication in the “Official Gazette”.
