FUZIP: The first cycle of intensified inspection supervision in FBiH has begun

The Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs announced that within the framework of activities to suppress illegal activities in certain areas of inspection supervision that are recognized under the term gray economy, this administration today started the implementation of the first cycle of intensified inspection supervision in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2023.
Supervision is carried out by mixed teams of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs in cooperation with cantonal inspection authorities, in accordance with the “Program of enhanced inspection supervision in the area of all cantons in FBiH” for the period March-August 2023.
The subject of inspection controls are, among other things, trade in goods and services, keeping business books, trade in wood assortments, trade in construction materials, issuing fiscal invoices, use of financial incentives in agriculture and rural development, performance of pharmaceutical activities, and supervision in other areas of competence 11 federal inspectorates. Enhanced supervision will last until 22 August 2023. years.
The Federal Administration appeals to business entities to harmonize their operations with positive regulations in order not to be subject to sanctions.
