INSTRUCTIONS ON CHANGES TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON OPENING AND CLOSING ACCOUNTS WITH AUTHORIZED ORGANIZATIONS FOR PERFORMING INTERNAL PAYMENT OPERATIONS

Based on Article 38, paragraph (1) of the Law on Payment Transactions (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, No. 32/00 and 28/03), the Federal Minister of Finance adopts

INSTRUCTION

ON CHANGES TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON OPENING AND CLOSING ACCOUNTS WITH AUTHORIZED ORGANIZATIONS FOR PERFORMING INTERNAL PAYMENT OPERATIONS

In the Instructions on opening and closing accounts with authorized organizations for the performance of internal payment operations (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, no. 83/15 and 87/17), point 10, indent 2, is amended to read:
“- the statute or rules of operation of a business entity that is not entered in the court register or the act of the competent authority of the business entity on establishment, if it was not established directly on the basis of regulations”.

Paragraph 3 is deleted.

The previous paragraphs 4 to 10 become paragraphs 3 to 9.

This Instruction shall enter into force on the following day from the date of its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
