Special managerial skills, involving employees in decision-making, empowering employees through teamwork,
constant internal communication and improvement of working conditions and the workplace are what Japanese companies are all about
recognizable. It was this way of working that enabled them to grow much higher than the European ones in the second half of the 20th century
and American companies. Although these companies also worked on continuous improvement (CI-continuous improvement),
however, the Japanese progressed faster and more because they had a special philosophy of work known as Kaizen – improvement through small
steps. In the USA, in the 90s, the term “Lean” was coined to represent the company’s aspiration to do business with small
in stock, without losses and waiting. How Kaizen & Lean lead to increased quality, reduced costs and acceleration
deliveries will be discussed more during the upcoming training.
The call for training is intended for all micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a special focus on companies
from the metal and wood sector.
The motive behind the realization of the Business Information Hub project is to transform difficult times for micro, small and medium enterprises
(MMSP) into a kind of opportunity, by transforming the current situation with alternative ways that will highlight the use
smart and online tools, thus enabling the continuation of business even in these challenging times.
