Orders and recommendations of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health dated 12.1.2023. years

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the 346th session held on 12.1.2023. adopted the orders and recommendations of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health, the application of which begins on January 12, 2023. year and lasts 30 days. The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina made the following conclusions:

The Information on the epidemiological situation of COVID-19 in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on January 9, 2023 with the proposed orders and recommendations of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health is approved.
The Orders of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health, which are an integral part of these conclusions, are adopted (Appendix 1).
The Recommendations of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health, which are an integral part of these conclusions, are adopted (Annex 2).
The cantonal governments, i.e. the crisis staffs of the cantonal ministries of health, are ordered to continuously monitor the epidemiological situation in the area of the canton, and in case of deterioration, act in a timely manner and adopt measures against the epidemiological situation and regularly report this to the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health.
The Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health is tasked with continuously monitoring the epidemiological situation of COVID-19 in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in case of deterioration, immediately recommend to the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina new measures against the epidemiological situation.
Orders and Recommendations of the Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health are issued with a validity period of 30 days, starting from 12.1.2023. year, which is determined as the date of the start of application of these orders and recommendations.
The Crisis Staff of the Federal Ministry of Health is tasked with submitting these conclusions with attachments to the crisis staffs of the cantonal ministries of health, cantonal ministries of health, health institutions from the canton area through the crisis staffs of the cantonal ministries of health, clinical centers in the Federation of BiH, general, cantonal and special hospitals through crisis the staffs of the cantonal ministries of health, the Federal and cantonal administrations for inspection affairs and the police administrations of the MUP of the canton.
According to Conclusion V. number 21/2021 of 8 January 2021. under point 4, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will inform the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina about the epidemiological situation in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the measures of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina that were adopted in order to protect the health of citizens and reduce the risk of spreading the virus, to 346 session held on January 12, 2023. years.
These conclusions enter into force on the day of adoption and will be published in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
