RATIFICATION OF AGREEMENTS AND PROTOCOLS

The Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, determined individual proposals for decisions on ratification of the Agreement on Financing the Program of Cross-Border Cooperation Activities Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2018-2020 for 2020 between the European Commission, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of Montenegro Above, and the Protocol amending the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data.
Individual proposals for ratification decisions will be submitted to the Presidency of BiH for further ratification procedure.
