Register of regulations of the FBiH Government

Register of regulations of the Government of the Federation of BiH established and adopted in the period from 31.3.2015. until 31.10.2022. was published on the website of the Federal Government. This publication was created in the service of transparency and provides an insight into the measures of the FBiH Government, oriented towards improving the economy, creating new jobs and better conditions for all citizens. The register contains a total of 7,271 regulations established and adopted by the FBiH Government in the period from 31.3.2015. until 31.10.2022. year, it was announced from the Government of FBiH.

Thanks to these regulations, significant reforms were implemented and started, and key measures to improve economic and social policy in FBiH were achieved. Among other things, they relate to the strengthening of economic development, a sustainable social system, stabilization of the pension and disability insurance fund, and the reduction of public debt. The FBiH government also passed a large number of regulations on the basis of which important economic reforms were implemented, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and global inflation. With the support of international financial institutions, progress has been achieved, which is primarily reflected in economic growth.

Thus, the Federation achieved growth in gross domestic product, exports, employment, net wages, pensions and public revenues. From the beginning, representing the so-called The reform agenda, the work of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was focused on four socio-economic pillars. The first was financial, the second social, the third labor-legal and the fourth fiscal. Three pillars of reforms have been completed, and the fourth, which refers to laws on income tax and contributions, is in the parliamentary procedure. The Federation of BiH, thanks to the work of the Government in the period 2015-2022, began to record higher revenues than expenditures, so that since 2016, the federal budget is in surplus.

Register of regulations of the Government of the Federation of BiH established and adopted in the period from 31.3.2015. until 31.10.2022. year, which the FBiH Government accepted in its conclusion, consists of five chapters. These are laws, decisions, decrees, strategies and regulations. The chapters contain 191 laws, 169 decrees, 6,247 decisions, as well as overviews of 110 decisions, and six documents of the tentative federal budget. Among other things, the document includes an overview of 11 strategies and 510 regulations that were adopted by the FBiH Government and federal ministries in the mentioned period.

The following sources were used for the preparation of the publication: Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, the website of the Government of the Federation of BiH which contains all regulations published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, data from the General Secretariat of the Government of the Federation of BiH and data from federal ministries for the list of regulations. Otherwise, all regulations, which include laws, decrees, decisions and solutions adopted and/or established by the Government of FBiH in the period from 1996 to the present, as well as the Parliament of FBiH, and published in the Official Gazette of FBiH, are available on the website Government of FBiH in the “Regulations” section.
