REPETITION OF SUGAR TARIFF QUOTAS

The Council of Ministers of BiH passed a Decision on repeating the quantities of tariff quotas of 50,000 tons in 2022 related to the import of raw sugar from sugar cane for refining, in order to protect the food industry in BiH.
In addition to strengthening the only domestic sugar factory in the Brcko District of BiH, this also protects domestic companies that use sugar as an input raw material in the food industry.
The Council of Ministers of BiH made this decision in accordance with the Law on Customs Tariff of BiH.
