RULE ON AMENDMENTS TO THE RULE ON ISSUING WORK PERMITS (LICENSES) FOR PERFORMING ENERGY ACTIVITIES FROM THE OIL SECTOR

Based on Article 17, paragraph (1) and (2), Article 18 and Article 25 of the Law on Petroleum Derivatives in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, number 52/14), Article 21, paragraph ( 3) Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, number 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 10, Article 11 and Article Paragraph 23 (1) and paragraph (2) of the Statute of the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, number 24/14 and 91/15) and Article 32, paragraph (1) and Article 42. paragraph (3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, number 29/14, 31/16 and 84/19), the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – FERK is , at the XXIV regular session held on 22.12.2022. year adopted

ON AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES ON ISSUING WORK PERMITS (LICENSES) FOR PERFORMING ENERGY ACTIVITIES FROM THE OIL ECONOMY SECTOR

Article 1.

In the Rulebook on Issuing Work Permits (Licenses) for Performing Energy Activities from the Oil Industry Sector (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH” No. 15/16 and 82/21), a new paragraph (3) is added to Article 34, which reads:

“(3) FERC informs the competent inspection authorities about work permits (licenses) that have expired and have not been renewed.”

Article 2.

In Article 36, a new paragraph (8) is added, which reads:

“(8) FERC informs the competent inspection bodies about the decision made on the permanent revocation of the work permit (license).”.

Article 3.

This Rulebook shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
