ON AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES ON THE METHODOLOGY AND METHOD OF CALCULATING REGULATORY FEES FOR LICENSE HOLDERS

Article 1.

In the Rulebook on the methodology and method of calculating regulatory fees for license holders – Consolidated text (“Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, no. 94/19), Article 4, paragraph (3) is amended to read:

“(3) When issuing/renewing a license, regulatory fees for license holders from electricity industry activities are calculated from the first day of the license’s validity period, which is determined by an individual decision and delivery of a payment obligation notification.”

Article 2.

In Article 6, paragraph (2), the word: “New” is replaced by the words: “When issuing/renewing a permit”.

Article 3.

Article 9 is amended to read:

“Article 9.

(Individual decision on regulatory fees for holders of licenses to perform electricity industry activities and the Operator for OIEiEK)

(1) During the issuance/renewal of permits to holders of permits for the performance of electricity industry activities and to permit holders from Article 6, paragraph (1) of this rulebook, and to the Operator for RES and EK, the amount of the regulatory fee shall be determined/recalculated by issuing an individual decision in accordance with Article 5. Article 6 and Article 8 of this rulebook.

(2) Holders of permits for the performance of electrical industry activities and holders of permits from Article 6, paragraph (1) of this rulebook, and the Operator for OIEiEK, who obtain/renew, i.e. amend and supplement the permit for the performance of electrical industry activities during the validity of the decision from Article 8. paragraph (4) of this rulebook, the amount of the temporary regulatory fee will be determined/recalculated by issuing an individual decision, which will be applied until the decision from Article 8, paragraph (1) of this rulebook and the decision from Article 8, paragraph (2) of this rulebook are made. “

Article 4.

Article 9a. is amended to read:

“Article 9a.

(Recalculation of the regulatory fee in the case of license revocation)

Holders of licenses for the performance of electrical industry activities and the OIEiEK Operator, whose license is revoked, the amount of the regulatory fee is recalculated by an individual decision in accordance with the period of validity of the license in the current year.”

Article 5.

This rulebook enters into force on the eighth day from the day of its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”.
