We are pleased to announce the launch of UNDP’s online course on transparent and open public procurement for the sustainable development sector, which is held as part of the International Day of the Fight Against of corruption, December 9, 2022.
The online course is designed through 4 modules, and aims to encourage the basic knowledge and functions of public procurement procedures and systems. Through the aforementioned 4 modules, the focus will be on:
 Basics of public procurement transparency for achieving sustainable development goals;
 Processes and components of the public procurement system;
 Reducing the risk of corruption in public procurement processes;
 Public procurement for inclusive and sustainable development.
This is a unique opportunity for government officials, practitioners, private sector, civil society organizations and people from all walks of life to gain knowledge on how to apply relevant insurance tools transparent and effective public procurement.

The online course also features best practices and case studies from countries in different regions and countries, in their efforts to fight corruption in the public procurement sector.
