The corona virus pandemic, the economic crisis, and numerous other instabilities and changes that marked economic trends had a huge impact on the operations of all economic entities, regardless of the industry sector and their size. Nevertheless, the resistance to external changes in the last two years has been most strongly tested on micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. With the beginning of the “new normal” era in the second half of 2021 and in 2022, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises had to quickly adapt to a new business approach, in order to preserve their business and build resistance to larger local and global changes over which they have no control. influence. Nevertheless, even in these circumstances, micro, small and medium enterprises can act on these impacts using various tools, microtechniques, methods and systems that will build and strengthen their level of resistance to external influences. What it means and how to build business resilience of micro, small and medium enterprises, and which tools and methods to apply are some of the topics that will be discussed during this training.
